Pesto & Squash Pasta

1 lb pasta, cooked (I like Mrs. Leeper’s corn pasta) 2 yellow squash 2 zucchini 1 large red bell pepper Olive oil Pesto Parmesan |

Directions |

|
Slice the squash into thin rounds and the red bell into thin strips 2” in length. Sauté in olive oil over medium heat until just slightly tender. Toss with pesto over pasta, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve immediately. |
